The Mark Consulting is pleased to announce a new partnership with Phan Dental, one of Canada’s most technologically advanced care facilities.
Phan Dental’s – which will be situated in the beautiful Windermere Medical Wellness Building in Edmonton, Alberta, come early 2015 – has unique brand of services that needed a certain flair when it came to getting its message out.
“I met with Mark and it was clear that he had the same kind of vision I did about where we want this clinic to go,” said Dr. Jack Phan. “Working with The Mark will allow us to drive the marketing the way we want things to go and not the way someone tells us it should go.
“He listened to what I had in mind and understood what I wanted and how I wanted to do things. Mark has this drive with the way he does his work and high level of integrity that I appreciate.”
Networking via social media and word of mouth is a key driver behind The Mark’s plan for Phan Dental.
“I’m extremely excited to be working with Dr. Phan and his entire team,” said Mark Pavelich, the owner/president of The Mark Consulting.
“This is a very unique opportunity for The Mark being our first venture into the medical field, but it opens many intriguing doors allowing us the opportunity to showcase a whole new set of services which is really appealing.”
Appointments at Phan Dental’s new location are made by referral only therefore the connections that The Mark Consulting can make are keys to the business structure.
“The Mark has ideas on how we can reach people, our specific target market of people that we want, and that doesn’t require any marketing or advertising,” added Dr. Phan, who received the North American Oral Surgeons Award for outstanding clinical performance while attending the University of Alberta.
“For us it is about word of mouth and social media and Mark knows how to reach people and he has a certain edge to him that I like.”
As in their business initiatives, Phan Dental strives to be customized when it comes to patient care.
“We’re trying to offer a different type of service. We want you to come for the experience. It is an odd thing to say about going to the dentist, but we have such specialized treatment that it really is an experience.
“When you come in, you don’t sit in a waiting room. You sit in a full-body massage chair. We have a full surgical theatre that is very high end, but yet we are still a general family practice as well. We are ultra-modern,” noted Dr. Phan.
The whole set up at the new Phan Dental revolves around the personal touches that Dr. Phan himself envisioned.
“I wanted something high end but at the same time basic as well so that everyone feels very comfortable. The clinic has a look that is very different. It’s very high-tech but our prices don’t reflect that.
Phan Dental offers general family dentistry with a special focus on dental implants, smile design and facial aesthetics, Invisalign, and sedation dentistry. They have a strong team that is dedicated to providing the highest standard of customer service and exceptional comfort level to all patients.
To keep up with technology the office has replaced magazines with iPads for reading material and Internet access, USB docks for patients to recharge their devices while in the waiting or while in the dental chair.
