By February 12, 2023Blogposts

In contrast to every other television program, viewers eagerly await the commercial breaks during the Super Bowl.

Advertisers usually save their most impressive campaigns for this time of year. There are some that will make you feel all the feels, those that will make you giggle, and those that are just plain fantastic.

The Super Bowl is a global phenomenon, and not only because of the commercials. The halftime show, the players, and the intensity of the game all factor in. Draft Kings, E-Trade, Rakuten, Fan Duel, KIA, Booking.com, and my personal favourite, Michelob Ultra Club / New Members featuring Serena Williams, Brian Cox, Alex Morgan, and more, were among this year’s most talked-about Super Bowl commercials. Commercials shown during the Super Bowl are usually large, high-quality productions that are interesting to see in and of themselves. In fact, many viewers tune in to the Super Bowl advertising and then wait all day to see the commercials that air during regular viewing hours. But if you give in to the excitement and watch every commercial, you could be missing out on some important details. It’s not only the advertisements that should be seen during the Super Bowl; there are plenty of other things to see and do. Clever advertising that get people talking about a brand aren’t always able to be broadcast on a scale that would have an effect due to financial constraints. Advertisements during the Super Bowl tend to be quite pricey. Due to their high production costs (in the tens of millions of dollars), they are beyond of reach for many small and medium-sized firms during the big game. In addition, many commercials air just once, on Super Bowl Sunday, making this a highly sought-after event for advertisers. You’ll have to wait until prime time if you want to see a quality commercial. Last but not least, many individuals watch the Super Bowl only for the advertisements. These fans are the ones that remember the commercials from the game and continue to discuss them with others. Even if you don’t care for the commercials, it’s still worth your time to watch the Super Bowl for the game itself.

This year’s Super Bowl ads featured actors, rockstars, sports figures, and comedians like Ben Affleck, Sylvester Stallone, Melissa McCarthy, Jon Hamm, Alicia Silverstone, Brie Larson, Serena Williams, KISS, Ozzy Osbourne, Billy Idol, Joan Jett, Jack Harlow, Missy Elliott, and Elton John. Will Ferrell exploring Netflix’s top shows. Bradley Cooper and his mom make great T-Mobile commercials. Steve Martin and Ben Still are competing to prove they love Pepsi Zero. This Squarespace conspiracy thriller commercial stars Adam Driver. Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul’s reunions are always fun because of Breaking Bad’s popularity. Watching them reprise their characters to sell PopCorners chips instead of blue meth is hilarious. The Super Bowl is a thrilling television event that unites audiences and brands. It’s also an effective strategy for expanding your customer base and inspiring brand devotion. Even while many people believe that Super Bowl commercials are worthwhile investments, the reality is that this is not always the case. Super Bowl commercials are a huge investment for companies, yet they often serve as little more than a means of brand awareness.
